The First Match of "Indo
- Pak Goodwill Series" was held on 26th
December, 2005 at Shah Satnam ji Cricket Stadium, Sirsa.
This is the second edition of the Connoisseurs Play,
the earlier match being held on 9th December, 2004.

Pakistan made a noteworthy Total of 233/4 in alloted 40 Overs, thanks to blitzkreig performance
from the bat of Ghulam Ali (60 of 64 balls) & Mansoor Akhtar (75 of 55 balls).

India responded well by chasing the target in just
37.1 overs and won the First Match of Indo-Pak Goodwill
Series 2005 at Shah Satnam Ji Cricket Stadium, Sirsa.

Wasan for his performance both in batting (68
of 46 balls), bowling (38/1) and fielding (1 Catch).
